Why don’t I put the price on my Flyers?

From the Ask Questions corner, why don’t I put the list price on my flyers.

Well for a couple of reasons:

Price changes and I don’t like to waste the high quality flyers that I create, so consider it a green method.  And I don’t think it is very profession to mark through the old price or use a label to re post the new price.

I want you to call me, ask other questions as well, sometimes there is something important about the house that makes the price what it is so I want to be able to help you with that.

If you are with an agent, all the flyers have an MLS number that they can look it up on the MLS using their portable devise, they will need to to this to get showing instructions in case they need to show it quickly.

You can also take the flyer and look it up on the Internet using my Search Page, no registration required, then you can look at interior photos, schools, maps, etc.

I am considering a call in number that you can call just to get the price and it will always be up to date.  Or a new text to get additional information plan.
