Visitors can now search by:
- School district
- Days on market
- Price change
- Nature of sale (foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, short sale, REO properties)
In addition, visitors that register can make notes on specific homes for later reference. This on top of the previous advantages of registration, email notification, saved searchs and my favorite, RSS feeds.
The searches have been enhanced to load faster, with more intuitive (tribute to 37signals) navigation.
