I was doing some Market Analysis in the ARMLS (that’s the Phoenix Valley MLS in case you were wondering). Something very interesting caught my attention. I’ve copied the data from the first six months into this post so you can see the same data that I do.

I’m spending another day, like so many others, searching through the MLS for my clients. I’m spent quite a bit of time with my clients getting a feel for what they are looking for. I read the data sheets, the notes, comments, look at the map for location and spend some time looking at pictures. [...] One of the intentions that Bob Bemis (CEO of ARMLS) has made that I am very supportive is getting ARMLS out in the valley, instead of everyone having to come to Tempe, he wants to have opportunities throughout the Valley. I can only assume that this announcement is a result of the intention. ARMLS will [...] Just a couple of weeks ago, the ARMLS Committee had their monthly meeting, this was the transition meeting, or the meeting where new terms started and over all, went pretty well. I say that because I was chairman and to say otherwise would only reflect negatively on me. Compared to last month, this was a rather simple and shorter meeting. Still quite a bit was accomplished. |
