Compared to last month, this was a rather simple and shorter meeting. Still quite a bit was accomplished.

Yesterday, I attended the ARMLS sponsored Tech Fair at Westworld in Scottsdale, AZ. An event that I felt was a great idea, let’s get all the ARMLS approved vendors in one room for two days to allow the membership to ask questions, try products and really understand what these vendors offer for services and products. [...] The ARMLS Committee held a meeting today, the first one after the conversion to the FlexMLS system. And boy, was that one full agenda, it was one of the longest meetings that I have attended since becoming a member almost a year ago. Since there was a break to allow the ARMLS staff to concentrate [...] On Sunday, the Arizona Republic ran a story on the decline in membership of the Arizona Regional Multiple-Listing Service (ARMLS). Lots of people are watching the membership of ARMLS just because unlike other memberships, this one renews in the middle of the year instead of the beginning. If we were in January, we would see [...] Okay, so I was part of that group of ARMLS committee members granted access to the new FlexMLS system prior to the rest of the world.
