Jen, you are correct and the most often the complaint is around communications. During an offer stage, communication should really be hyper, regular updates and expectations of when the next communication will come. This is a critical stage of the purchase that needs extra attention. Sorry that you missed out on this opportunity and use this as a speaking point with your agent to go over expectations in the future or to move on. You'll find the home your looking for.

I have one more - Realtor doesn't let the Buyer know what the status is on his/her offer on a property!!!! Only to hear back an hour after the deadline on the contract that the deal fell through.. an HOUR? Seriously?? I mean, not even a phone call or email to let the buyer know.

Craig - The points you here make demonstrate that your clients really benefit your knowledge and experience. Setting expectations and then meeting / exceeding them is what it's all about.
