		<description>Amen! I often get this question from Canadian clients, which leads me to believe their agency system is much different. 

Hiring a Realtor and then calling on homes yourself sounds about as effective as hiring a divorce attorney and then talking with your soon-to-be-ex about the settlement details.</description>
