Friday, 5th of September 2008 at 08:20:12 PMOkay, I’ve found a tool that I’m sure you will like. This will enable you to search the Phoenix, Arizona Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The very system that Realtors® use to help their clients find homes, without the wait or need to call the agent. You can do your own searches, find properties that are interesting, do some on-line research, then when you are ready and have a list of homes, then you can contact me and we can look at them in person, I can help you with making the final decision and going from the offer to the recording.
I won’t ask you to register, unless the system notices that you are doing a lot of work with the search. At which point it will ask you to register to get some extra benefits that can only happen when the system can identify you:
- All of your searches are automatically saved, and you can go back and use them again.
- You can receive daily or weekly email updates of your searches.
- You can subscribe to an RSS feed for any of your searches.
- You can add any property to your favorites so you can quickly find it later.
All we need is your name, email and a password! I promise your email address will not be sold or even given away, I like you, why would I do that?
