While I am knowledgeable on the sale and purchases of real property, legal raminications of short sale and foreclosure is outside of my expertise and training. I’ve found that Buck Law Firm PLC is one of the better groups to work with. They are very knowledgible in real estate law and clients have said good things after talking with them. They’ve even come up with a simple 30 minute consultation for a flat fee of $95. Which for peace of mind is well worth it. Everyone of my clients have said it was well worth the $95 fee from what they learned.
