More Bad Agent Habits

Another couple of entries for the bad agent list:

• Replying twice to the same email, hours apart, and with different answers??
• Promising to call me and never calling me.

Both of these are indications of poor organization skills.  Now either one is simple enough and mostly forgivable, but when that is all our relationship has had, it’s a major red flag that I will be carrying the other agent in the transaction and their client won’t be well represented because of it.
