Well, some research will show that either late Thursday or early Friday are optimal for attracting those weekend home shoppers. Logically they start thinking about which homes they want to see on Thursday and Friday and make arrangements with their agent Friday night for Saturday and Sunday. Melissa Dittmann Tracey from Realtor.org agrees, she cites a Redfin study that showed that listing on Friday would increase your showings by up to 19% over other days of the week. Not to mention you have a good chance of getting more of your asking price than other days of the week.
