It&#039;s basically building on the idea of creating an artificial demand for an item that isn&#039;t as valuable as the price indicates, then once it is about to hit, you dump everything quickly and take the money.
Houses were selling for more than they were worth, but those in a position to point that out (banks, appraisers and agents) weren&#039;t pointing it out but were going with it.</description>
