Joke: Real Estate License

This happens to be one of my favorite jokes about Realtors and you will often hear me tell it, the sad part is that there is some truth to it.

California Highway Patrolman pulls over a car for speeding and goes up to the driver and says Sir, may I see your registration and real estate license?  The driver was a bit puzzled and responds Don’t you mean my driver’s license?  The officer flatly states Not everyone can get a driver’s license.
