GPSafety Service

Being a Realtor® is dangerous.  If you look into the industry, you will hear stories of violent crime against agents.  It’s something we don’t like to talk about or want to consider, but it is a reality.  I was reviewing the iPhone Apps the other day, thinking that a lot of these are pretty cool.  Then I thought of a good idea.  Why not create an app that checks in on agents when they are working with someone new.  Basically the agent turns on the service before the appointment, then turns it off after the service (this way privacy is insured).  Every 15-20 minutes the phone askes if the agent is safe, they push a seqence of numbers to say okay.  If not, the phone will eMail the current location and a pre-defined message to a person(s) asking for help.  What do you think, great idea?
