Wednesday, 20th of January 2010 at 09:20:06 AMMy Februrary 2010 5k race will be at the Adobe Dam, start will be from the Victory Lane Sports Park which is just South of the Pinnacle Peak and 43rd Ave. I like this track because it is close and offers some spectacular views and it’s partially on a trail.
The race is for the Girls on the Run of Maricopa County, $3 of each registration will benefit them. This is a groups that helps 3rd to 5th grade girls prepare for a 5k. Check out their website to learn more, I didn’t know anything about them until I saw that the race benefited them and it looks like a worthwhile cause.
