Feature Highlight: Contacting Agent & Scheduling a Showing

Many of my Newsletter subscribers are also clients and I starting to highlight different functions in the tools that I offer.  This month I’ll be highlighting a function of the FlexMLS.  Often when I email a listing to you, it will come from the FlexMLS, either by an automated search or a property I found that is of interest.  Many times I will get an eMail back to schedule a showing or ask a question about the property or placing an offer.  Well, those functions exist inside of the FlexMLS, skipping the step of having to go back and forth between the listing and the eMail.

FlexMLS Agent Contact

These buttons can be located in the upper right corner of your listing.  It also has the advantage of letting me know exactly which listing you are talking about.  You don’t have to remember long MLS numbers or addresses, it will show up on my side helping me to answer your request that much faster.
