Fast Facts Friday

Just some quick analysis for a quick read on Friday.

Sales are up and prices are low (maybe not for long).

June ARMLS residential sales were 9,350 beating the 9,284 in May 2009. June 2009 was the eighth best month this century (yes, all 9 years so far) for residential sales. The ARMLS median home sales price was at $125,000. This was also the median homesales price in February 2001.

Information was based on data stored and provided by Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS).
