Current Inventory on ARMLS

I had a client ask me today what the inventory was on the ARMLS system.  This is usually an indicator of the market is if this number goes up, that means that there are more sellers entering the market then buyers to buy up the inventory.  I don’t have a base number to compare with so this will become the base number to show up and down of this indicator.

 Today the inventory is 55,785 for active residential listings.
