Curb Appeal, or Exterior Home Staging

Some quick tips to help improve that first impression of your home:

• Power-wash or paint the front door
• Add potted plants
• If the house numbers are looking a little weathered, replace them
• Weed and prune the front yard
• If you have a mailbox, consider updating it and adding some new plants around it

When buyers get out of the care, they are immediately sizing up the home from the front view.  Every little bit counts.
