I’m expecting some retraction in home values for the next couple of months, starting to see some downward trends in some Scottsdale neighborhoods, higher price points. Expecting same thing to trickle down the price levels for the next 2 to 3 months. Probably another big increase in the Spring ’13 but not sure what the election will do to mortgage rates (thinking they will go up).
