Frank Gallinelli returns with his next addition of Real Estate Investment books. Once again he shows you how to dig deeper into the analysis of opportunity, to turly understand the value and potential that is before you. I’ve commented in the past that I felt that Frank doesn’t try to show you shortcuts and quick get-rich methods, but true evaluations and hard work to produce hard results.
Frank contact me a couple of weeks ago to let me know about this book and ask if I would review it. I was more than happy to review his book since I have often referred new investors to his previous books. He even took my last review and applied it in his new book with an entire chapter dedicated to the single-family home investment. This is an area that I tend to do my investing, while it’s not an area that he encourages, he does an excellent job of showing the beginning to end analysis of a purchase. Stepping the reader through each of the steps and the interpretation of the results.
He duplicates this case review with redeveloping the house for another purpose, an apartment complex and a shopping center. Just those chapters alone make this book a worth while investment. The remaining chapters are dedicated to reviewing 37 real estate investment matrics. Each chapter is dedicated to a matrix and includes several exercises (with solutions) for the reader to really understand the concept.
This book is offered at Amazon.com for $21.95, but Frank has been gracious enough to give me a copy to offer as a give away to you. Just leave a comment with your name and email address and on November 1st, I’ll pick one at random.
