The great part of the newsletter is the custom market report for your zip code. Of course your zip code has to be in my market area (most of Phoenix). I’ll give you a little overview on what is going on for the past month, and provide you with a large chart of activity in your area. My clients are already on it and very excited about what it has to offer. After some refinement with their help, I’ve opened it up to you.
