My goal is not to have a large number of clients and become another Million Dollar Real Estate agent; I am more interested in providing the highest levels of quality, service, and professionalism. In fact, I am known for these traits. I hold myself to a standard that you would expect from someone that is helping you buy one of the highest priced items in your life. I’m here to provide you counsel, advice, knowledge and an understanding of your individual needs.

How can I deliver this level of service? Easy, I make sure I receive the training and support that I need to provide you with the quality you expect. Training is part of my everyday activities. I strive to know as much as I can about all things real estate, and if that’s not enough, then I have a support network of some of the best agents, brokers and associates in the field ready to step in.

And what about the money that I’m giving up by focusing on quality instead of quantity? What money? If you are happy with the service that I provide, you’ll let others know and they will call me. Now I don’t have to spend nearly half of my gross commissions (like other agents) on getting new clients. By doing good work, I save money, provide you with great service and everyone is happy.

Did you know that to become a Real Estate agent, all you have to do is spend about 180 hours in the classroom and pass a state exam (along with pay a whole bunch of fees). Pretty simple, and you’ve probably run across a couple of agents out there that remain at the level. Not me, I was not happy with how little I knew about the laws, financing and marketing in this field. I went right after my Graduate Realtor® Institute designation.

Combine that training with a Master’s in Business Administration, which gives me extensive education in business planning, marketing, etc. that can be applied easily to real estate transactions; this is something that your typical Real Estate agent will not have. I take education seriously and use my training to provide a higher level of service and professionalism.

Oddly, I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, which gives me the tools to leverage technology to our advantage. Technology can be applied in many ways to real estate transactions to enable a smoother and more timely transaction. Today, so many people turn to the Internet to provide them with information, often they get data overload. I use my training to convert data to actual valuable information that will help you make decisions that work for you.

I also hold the e-PRO® certification which indicates that I’ve received additional training in Real Estate using technology. This certification indicates that I have the experience and expertise to meet the demands of the technically savvy clients.
